Bill Williams, now a retired home builder, has years of experience. He's the area's only Professional Home Inspector who has maintained a general contractors license for more than 30 years and electrical contractors license for nearly as long.
Bill has earned a Registored Home Inspector (RHI) rating, a designation of the highest rating obtained through years of continuing education classes, and has been tested for his knowledge above the already high standards set by the Minnesota Department of Commerce and the State of Wisconsin, Department of Regulations and Licensing.

Bill has many years of experience in structural analysis including manufactured homes and modular homes and he keeps a watchful eye out for the do-it-yourself remodeling projects.

Bill has built many homes in the Duluth-Superior and surrounding area and knows that just being a general contractor or handyman is not enough experience alone in order to perform a complete Professional Objective Evaluation of the Property. He has attended several specialized classes on electrical inspections, chimney safety, foundation types including wood - cement - block - stone - brick - piers and posts, plumbing issues, structural and electrical concerns with manufactured and modular homes and ASHI standards, as well as the proper use of pre-engineered structural wood components. Bill is familiar with the critical elements of construction and with the proper installation, maintenance and inter-relationships of these elements.
